Water Jet Cutting. At Beechwood Industrial, we have two waterjets which are capable of cutting any metal, wood, rubber, plastic, untempered glass, fiberglass, carbon fiber, foam, and many other materials. The waterjet is great for aeronautical and materials where thermal cutting changes the material’s properties. We are able to cut up to 8” thick with a 5 x 10 cutting area. This allows us provide you with options for 4 x 8 or 5 x 10 material.

Laser Cutting. Whether you need to cut metal, wood, or plastic, we have options available at Beechwood Metalworks Industrial. Our fiber lasers are capable of cutting many reflective and red metals that traditional Co2 lasers cannot. Co2 lasers can cut many non-metallic materials that fiber lasers cannot. Both afford speed and accuracy. We can cut up to ¾” stainless, and steel, ½” aluminum, and 3/16” copper. We are also able to engrave many materials.

Shearing. We have the capability to shear metals up to ¼” in thickness. When you need more basic square cuts, our shear gives you a more cost effective solution with a faster turn around time than some of our more high tech options.
